Saroyan Theatre and Selland Arena
The Saroyan Theatre and Selland Arena are both part of the Fresno Convention and Entertainment center which consists of 5 separate buildings.The other 3 buildings are the Valdez Hall, exhibit hall and conference center. The Saroyan theatre is really a beautiful theatre, one built with superb acoustics perfect for ballet, concerts and plays. It is home to the Fresno Ballet, Fresno Philharmonic and host to the Broadway Across America.
Selland Arena has a seating capacity of over 11,000 and hosts concerts, sports events and family shows throughout the year. The 2005 season for the Fresno Ballet, Fresno Philharmonic, Broadway Across America and the Fresno Grand Opera are as follows:

Heading South on Highway 99 South: Take the Ventura/Kings Canyon exit, east approx. 7/10 mi., turn left onto "O" St. to the parking lot entrance.
Heading North on Highway 99: Merge onto Fwy 41 north, use Van Ness exit (Civic Center), turn left onto Van Ness Ave., then right onto Ventura St., turn left onto "O" St. to the parking lot entrance.
